How and when our doorstep repair services are delivered.

24x7 Service Centre Kolkata, a unit of Home Appliances Repair & Service, is a service-based business. We do not sell or ship physical products online. Our services are delivered in person by our technicians at the customer’s address. This policy explains how our services are delivered.

1. Mode of Service Delivery

All repair, servicing, installation and maintenance work is delivered at your doorstep (home or office) by our technicians. In rare cases where a repair requires workshop facilities, the appliance may be picked up and returned after repair with your prior consent.

2. Service Area

We currently provide services across Kolkata and nearby areas. Availability for your location will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Service Timelines

  • Bookings can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Our team will confirm a visit slot after booking - usually the same day or within 24-48 hours, depending on technician availability and your location.
  • Most repairs are completed during the first visit. Repairs requiring spare parts that are not readily available may take additional time; you will be informed of the expected timeline in advance.

4. Spare Parts Delivery

Where a replacement part is needed, our technician will arrange it and complete the installation at your premises. No separate shipping charges are applied for spare parts within our service area unless communicated in advance.

5. Delays

Service delivery may occasionally be delayed due to traffic, weather, public holidays, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed and reschedule at your convenience.

6. Service Confirmation

Once the service is completed, the appliance is tested in your presence and an invoice is provided as confirmation of service delivery.
