These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.24x7servicecentrekolkata.com (the “Website”) and the home appliance repair services provided by 24x7 Service Centre Kolkata, a unit of Home Appliances Repair & Service (Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-WB-14-0318952) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Website, booking a service or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide doorstep repair, servicing, installation and maintenance of home appliances including air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines and microwave ovens in Kolkata and nearby areas. We are an independent multi-brand service provider and are not an authorised service centre of any manufacturer or brand. Brand names mentioned on the Website are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Booking a Service

  • Services can be booked by phone, WhatsApp, email or the enquiry form on the Website.
  • You must provide accurate contact details, address and appliance information.
  • Visit timings are confirmed by our team and are subject to technician availability, traffic and weather conditions.
  • An adult must be present at the premises during the technician visit.

3. Pricing & Estimates

  • A visit/inspection charge may apply, which will be informed at the time of booking.
  • After diagnosis, the technician will share an estimate for spare parts and labour. Repair work begins only after your approval.
  • If you decline the estimate, only the visit/inspection charge (if applicable) is payable.
  • Prices of spare parts may vary based on brand, model and market availability.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due on completion of service unless agreed otherwise.
  • We accept cash, UPI and online payments through our authorised payment gateway. All online transactions are processed securely by the payment gateway provider; we do not store your card or banking details.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated on the invoice.

5. Spare Parts

We use genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts depending on availability. The type of part being used will be communicated to you before replacement. Replaced old parts can be handed over to you on request at the time of service.

6. Service Warranty

Warranty on repair work and replaced parts, if any, will be mentioned on your service invoice. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, voltage fluctuations, misuse, tampering, repairs by third parties or issues unrelated to the original repair.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe access to the appliance and a stable power supply.
  • Inform us of any known safety hazards at the premises.
  • Do not request technicians to perform unsafe or illegal work.

8. Limitation of Liability

We take utmost care while servicing your appliances. However, we shall not be liable for pre-existing defects, failures due to the age or condition of the appliance, or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

9. Website Use

The content on this Website is for general information only. You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, or copy its content without permission. All content, design and logos are the property of 24x7 Service Centre Kolkata unless stated otherwise.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
